n the long hours of standing are killing me

esp becux of my new bought shoe

it has been 20 days since my last paper
which means i have 'enjoyed' my holidays for 20 days liaox~
n y i place inverted commas around the word enjoyed is becux i din really enjoy

ok... i dun deny that i enjoyed the non-stressed period
whereby there's no need for me to plan a daily schedule everyday
planning which i shld complete for the day etc
having to listen to FM as and when i like it
slp until i shiok then wake up....

BUT
im just too free that im getting quite bored of the holidays
no money = no activities
i hate poverty....
bt well.... there's no choice...

i got a job!

i am sure that the majority of us have played a game called MAPLE STORY....
it is indeed an addictive game
once u r on it, u will start to play non-stop
n i really do mean non-stop!

even if there's a patch going on
ppl who play MS will keep track of the time
switching on the comp for umpteen times just to check out the time ready to play
and this is what i called addicted...

it is just the same to how ppl get addicted to drugs
without drugs, they will have withdrawal symptoms....
and for MS players... without MS, they will have 'withdrawal symptoms' too

y is the a random post on MS
tt's becux my father n brother got addicted to it recently....
AGAIN!!!!
and once started, it is nv gg to end
it is not that i hate ppl who play MS
yes! u can play... for enjoyment
bt NOT sticking to the comp for more than 8 hours per day just to lvl up ur character

and now i start to HATE MS to the core
REALLY!
i hate the way they wait for the 1 hour breaktime for the com (due to the countless hours of playing MS) to be over b4 they can on the comp again to play!
n luckily, now i have a laptop

words of encouragement are needed to give ppl a push to move forward
to motivate them and to give them hope....

bt sometimes ppl neglect the need to show encouragement
all they know how to do is to discourage
to them mayb they are just jokes
bt to ppl who are feeling real bad about themselves
words of discouragement will only bring them down further
up to a point when they will see no hope
without hope, how can ppl move on with their lives

being unhappy
how can a person voice out?
to voice out their unhappiness
ppl will see them as emotional and sensitive

19 feb is a special day for the both of us

ever since 19 feb 04, we have been celebrating this special day almost every yr

it's our anniversary

and it's been 5 yrs

we have been tog for 5 yrs

5 yrs not easy of cuz

countless no. of quarrels

bt still, we still choose to hold on to each other's hand

this yr.... 19 feb was on thursday

hence we postponed our celeb to 20 feb

he treated me to dragon gate for buffet!!!

and i have been slping far too much...
yes, i admit that

just a few days back...

me, geof n ed met up after me and geof's exams...

aimless at first

couldnt decide where to eat

we took quite a while b4 deciding to go Novena to eat at the jap restaurant there

cuz geof n ed wanted to eat buffet....

met karen there... as usual

so we ordered from her the high tea buffet and started to order a whole lot of things

3 sets of chicken teriyaki and 3 sets of fried chicken......

well... i specially mentioned these 2 is becux these 2 made our dear ed's day a memorable one

mayb for the rest of his life.... he will remember these 2 plates of chicken~

and mayb... for the rest of our lives... geof will b the one reminding him of it~!!

after 2 hours...

the 3 of us were really bloated...

n yet, there were leftovers....

some takoyaki... fried potato... fried prawn stick... chicken teriyaki and fried chicken

i din have my share of my chicken as i tot ed will b the most willing to finish them up

bt i was wrong... very wrong

when we came out of the restaurant n went shopping....

ed started to feel discomfort...

n he sat at one of the benches...

started his hipcups....

for about 20 mins i think... b4 we started walking again

then suddenly, he went to the toilet n vomitted!!!!!

yes! VOMITTED!

this is my first time knowing that ed will actually throw up becux of too much food

tot his stomach is a bottomless pit~!

bt... no~! he vomitted...

tt's not the end though

when he got home... he vomitted again....

i did admit that i was feeling damn guilty...

cuz he got indigestion becux of my portion of the chicken

so.... in order to let myself feel better...

i went to deliver med to him at 11pm tog with my papa

haha~! he was damn embarrassed when he saw my papa...

well... ed, my papa won't luff at u one

only me n geof will!!!!

WAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

after all these vomitting.... he felt better the next day....

so....... hahahahaha~!

had fun that day... though ed wasted his 22 dollars..... ooopx~

their presence made me feel that in friendship, what matters most is QUALITY and not quantity....
i dun need a big circle of friends....

esp when i know that they will always be there for me...

me n him went out in the afternoon
had our lunch at waraku

cuz i always wanted us to go together

this time round, he did succeed!
cuz in the past, somehow, i could predict what are his plans for my bday

he brought me to the CABLE CAR!!!!!
it's really my first time!
n i did make a big fuss out of it...
i kept talking non-stop inside the cable car....

it has been quite some time since i last update....
sotong queen did mention about it...
and yes! that's becux i seriously have not much free time....

have been very busy with work lately....
not enough sleep each day...
bt luckily, i do look forward to gg to sch each day...
cuz i enjoy the company of char n sotong....

char got her licence a few weeks ago...
n so kind of her to offer to drive me to the mrt station...
i was excited when i first sat in her car....
didn't dare to talk to her, scared that i would distract her....
later, i found out that it's actually ok for us to talk to her....
haha~ she is pro enough to concentrate while talking too~

and if it was me, i think i will panic to death whenever i drive,
in order to drive well,
i think the driver got to be decisive enough to make decisions on the spot
not all situations were tot while learning to drive...
so ya.... i doubt i can drive! cuz im very indecisive n blur too!

a few more assignments and 1 more test to go!
after that, i will have to start to prepare for my exams!

first ALS outing

had my first ALS (aka Animal Lovers' Society) outing this morning!
we went to the goats' farm and Qian Hu fish farm!
and this is also my first outing with my digicam~!

First destination: The Goats' Farm

wondering why im shooting their backside???

YES~! They are queueing up to be milked!! See the sucking apparatus? HaHa

SOOOO~~~ CUTE!

This is the male goat with horns.... Females kena de-horn by burning them~ (ouch!!)

Mid Autumn Festival is just around the corner!

and yes! it's on this coming sun~!
every year, dear will buy me mooncakes with double eggs! DOUBLE EGGS!!
*salivates* my fav~!

and this year, he lied to me that becux due to inflation, he will not buy mooncakes with double eggs for me~!
BUT!!! his acting damn lousy and he is not good at lying too!
just a few qns, he will reveal his 'evil' laugh~!
and i know that he's lying!!!
hahahahaha~!

and so... this is my mooncake for this year~! looks yummy rite???
haven really start to eat them yet!

tutorials are killing me

BS202 tutorials are killing me!
have been spending lots of time on just 5 qns
the prof's style of conducing the tutorial is just the same as ben yang
he will bombard the presenter with lots of qns
hence, in order to get prepared, i will have to do alot of research and readings for just 1 qn!

-> read tb
-> make notes
-> refer to qn
-> refer notes for ans
-> cant find ans
-> go online to find
-> cant find ans again
-> anyhow 'ham-tam' ans in

this is my style of doing ONE qn!!
argh~! hate weekends now, always spend on tutorials
so.... sianx~!

find that all his songs are very nice!!!
so tempted to buy now~

and OMG! din realise that our schedule is so packed!
n now its already week 4
and im still in my holiday mood....

in the end, i spend 95% of it on work....
now when sch starts, i find that i dun have my batt full!
so sianx....
n i have to deal with 8 courses
my goodness....

bt im still waiting for the suitable time to talk to her...

a lot of courses (8!!!) to read this sem
no longer heaven... (with only 4 courses in total for a sem)
have been spending alot lately....
no more income... yet expenses are increasing!
hope that my allowance can come soon...(few more weeks to go!)

meanwhile... i have to start to get into the momentum of studying
past few sems, i have been too slack
in order to maintain my GPA, i think i really have to put in effort

hurt my feet

woke up first thing in the morning

i hurt the back of my feet..... BOOHOO

my left leg's big toe nail is far too sharp i think (probably din cut it nicely the previous time)

then when i sat down in front of my labtop

my right feet (yea... the back part, where normally will get injured if wear shoes with back strap) hit my toe nail...

i din bother about it at first

bt i kept feeling this pain on that area....

so i used my fingers to massage
and then i saw blood on my fingers

HOLY SHIT! the skin came off and it was bleeding

ARGH! din know my nails are so powerful

got time to post cuz today i took a day off
have to attend MOE induction course....
i should say that most of the awardees are from JCs
didnt really manage to know ppl from poly.... =(

my admin post in Toyota is gg to end soon
after 2.5 mths over there
i had enjoyed the job alot
though round 30% of the time i got nth much to do
haha~! kind of feel abit useless over there
bt colleage were very good to me!
treat me like xiao mei mei
think of making 'thank you' cards for all of them
bt dunno whether i will have the time to do so....
probably not doing it due to laziness!

LONG TIME NO 'POST'!!
was busy with work and tv recently
got to do some hours of OT
though tired.... bt i enjoyed cuz i can see money rolling into my pockets!

time is never enough for me
slp time especially...

i have been sleeping at 11.30pm and waking up at 6.45am
i will automatically feel sleepy at 11+ and will also automatically wake up in the morning

life after work is like: NO LIFE
hahahaha.... went home straight away
7pm: tv
8pm: psp
9pm: tv
10pm: bath
11pm: sleep~
so boring rite?

i feel that im quite a lazy bum
though i work in office...

started working in toyota motor for 1 week already...
so far so good
bt i have to complete a stack of invoice by thurs
its kind of a challenge to me
as im still considered quite new to invoice keying

today went to NTU with geoffrey
to show him the way
since he has no sense of direction
i shall be the good person to show him ard SBS
when i was there listening to the talk
i realised how i was 'cheated'by them
to join the school
well, cuz afterall
i dun really enjoy studying there
but what else can i do?
since now i have secured a place in MOE
i shall put in my very best in my studies to maintain my GPA
to get at least a second upper cls honours

waiting for my pay rite now
after my 2nd week
im going to send in my timesheet
to get my first 2 weeks' pay
and at least...
i can start to buy somethings for myself
too many things to buy
i wonder whether my pay will b enuff for me
n mayb afterall, i will have to cut down a whole lot of things from my to-buy list

bad day

i had a bad day today...
last night chiong report till 1.30am
this morning woke up early to go for lesson early
looking forward to the last lecture of psychology...
an important lecture too!

bad things happened
started to see stars when im in train
started to lose my energy when i was in bukit gombak
i lost my sight n hearing
start to perspire like dunno what... sweat was dripping like tap
was really going to faint
"hang on~! dun faint... going to reach JE soon"
so i tried to remain conscious...
n my whole body was wobbling...
"Jurong East Interchange..."
suddenyl i started to see things better
and alighted
rushed to the bench to take a seat
and started calling...
called him, mummy, char and judia

i tot i was going to die
the feeling was scary
no one is there to support u
u know no one there
what if i were to faint on the train?
things will get real worse

luckily...
i managed to hand my report to judia
she is my lucky star for the day...
so kind of her to stop by JE n helped me with my report

wanna thank him for fetching me back home and took great care of me
wad a good 'soldier'! haha

now another big big headache

consists of 10 ppl (so cool rite?)

now im at a completely new chapter of life...
still trying very hard to adapt to it

and this is my very first week
first week of the sem is always a very irritating week
all becux of the stupid elective system...
i always spend hours sitting in front of the comp
trying very hard to get myself a vacancy into the elective that i wanted
this time round wasnt very lucky for me
tried for several days....
and yet still end up with only 1 elective

just hope that my online appeal will be successful
so that i wont waste my whole sem on just 3 courses

trying hard to be hardworking
hope that this time round i can be hardworking
and complete every reading assignment
strive hard....
it has been a long time ever since i really REALLY work hard for my studies
